The renovation fundamentally transforms the original family house – opening it to the garden, adding a whole new floor and creating a terrace overlooking the town.
During the conversion, the walls below the original windows were removed and replaced with large French windows, which bring more light inside and connect the living spaces more strongly with the outdoors. The house was also extended upwards by a whole storey, creating new living spaces and a contemporary architectural expression. The new storey includes a terrace that adds a generous outdoor living space with a view over the whole town.
