The project consists of three identical family houses designed for a developer as a unified residential ensemble with a clean, contemporary architectural expression.
The design repeats the same cubic volume, with large glazed surfaces and a strong horizontal articulation of the façade. A unified architectural language simplifies construction and gives the whole ensemble a legible character. Each house has its own terrace, swimming pool and private outdoor space, while large glazing naturally connects the interior with the garden.
