A semi-detached house designed as a single architectural whole in which both households keep their own privacy, garden and separate connection to the outdoors.
The design works with simple cubic volumes, large glazed surfaces and covered terraces facing the garden. The ground-floor living spaces open naturally to the outside, while the set-back upper floor forms a quieter, private part of the house. Green roofs, shading and clean materials support the contemporary character of the building and help integrate the semi-detached house into the garden and its surroundings.
