A triplex house combining three separate family homes into one architectural whole that looks unified while giving each household its own privacy.
The design works with clean cubic volumes, large glazed surfaces and prominent balconies facing the garden. Each home has its own living spaces and outdoor facilities, while a shared architectural language gives the whole development a compact and representative character. The emphasis is on plenty of daylight, privacy between the individual units and a natural connection between the interior and the garden.
