Semi-detached house

This semi-detached house was designed for two friends who bought a plot together, demolished the original family house and then divided the plot into two separate halves.

The result is a modern semi-detached house with a simple, clean volume and a contemporary architectural expression. Both homes are designed to function independently while sharing a unified visual character and a natural connection within a common concept. The emphasis is on bright interiors, contact with the garden and comfortable living for both households. The second design variant also includes a designer canopy over the terrace, directly accessible from the kitchen, creating a pleasant outdoor space for everyday use – whether for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
